About me...
I started my private coaching practice in 2001 right after graduating from the Coaching Academy as a certified performance coach. I chose this path or shall I say this path chose me because of my own struggle with our then teenage son. At that time he was clearly on the path of self destruction. As a family we were feeling helpless and desperately searching for answers and support.
We made a tough decision and gained assistance from a program for teens. At that time we didn't feel that we had any other choice. During that journey we learned new tools to bring us together as a family again. As a parent coach I find great reward in assisting other families to do the same.
We realized that in order to change our son's behavior we had to change ours. I can help you do that. I'm here to support you along your parenting path. I currently live in Carlsbad, California with my husband of 30 years. I'm happy to report that both our children are now adults and successfully living on their own and we get along great!
